With influences of Gujarat and Rajasthan, these foods have taken on a new dimension and become more popular with American diners.

No matter what part of the world you come from, there is an entire world of delicious and scrumptious eastern foods waiting for you. And just because you are not originally from India does not mean that you cannot enjoy these foods.
